Tiffani Kartalian-Milne

HEAD OF TITLE
Tiffani brings almost 30 years of title and escrow experience to Good Owner Title and is licensed in 11 states. As an escrow officer, she was consistently recognized as a top producer by many of the leading title companies in the industry. After spending much of her career focused on providing standout customer service and streamlining the escrow process for her own clients, Tiffani decided to bring her talents to the prop-tech world where she has spent the last several years building national title companies and mentoring other professionals who share her vision of creating a title and escrow experience that puts communication, transparency, and the customer first. Her passion for technology, automation, and streamlining the escrow process to take the stress out of real estate transactions has made her an innovator in her field.
Nikki Traversa

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Nikki comes to Good Owner Title with over 20 years of title and escrow experience. Having started her career in the mailroom of one of the nation’s top title companies, she has learned the title business from the ground up, making her an expert in title operations. As a result of her years as an Escrow Assistant and running her own desk as an Escrow Officer, Nikki recognizes the importance of streamlining the home buying and selling process and leveraging technology to provide the best experience for her clients. For the last several years, she has used her vast knowledge and expertise to enhance the operations of national title companies. Her attention to detail and high quality of service make her the perfect fit for this role.
Tori Weaver

TITLE PRODUCTION MANAGER
Tori is a licensed title producer in 17 states and brings a wealth of title and escrow knowledge to Good Owner. Having worked as a Title Examiner, an Escrow Specialist, and a Lead Title Officer throughout her career, Tori has touched every aspect of the title process on a national scale. With each position Tori has held throughout her years in title, her mastery of technology and her unwavering focus on the customer experience has always stood out. As the Title Production Manager here at Good Owner Title, Tori has applied her robust title knowledge, penchant for automation, and passion for the consumer to help cultivate a world-class title operation.
Christopher Lucci

NATIONAL LEAD ESCROW OFFICER
Christopher joined the Good Owner team with over 19 years of experience working in the title industry, with an emphasis on National Settlement and Escrow. He brings an extensive knowledge of escrow and settlement across the country, with a specialization in residential real estate, REO foreclosures, reverse mortgages, NY CEMA loans, and VA/FHA loans, just to name a few. He is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to exceed all client and customer expectations.

Matt Williams is a seasoned escrow officer based in Chandler, Arizona, with an in-depth understanding of the Phoenix real estate market.
